Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic lashes adhered one-by-one to your natural lashes using a surgical-grade adhesive. Done correctly, the application is invisible — each extension matches the length and curl of the natural lash it's bonded to, and the overall effect is "your lashes but better." Application takes 90-120 minutes because each natural lash has to be isolated before its extension is placed. The result lasts 2-3 weeks before a refill is needed.

Eyelash extensions became a major beauty trend in North America after 2010, but the technique itself dates back to the early 1900s — silent-film actresses would have hair sewn directly into their lash line for dramatic on-screen lashes. (Yes, sewn.) Modern bonded extensions are obviously a major upgrade. Today, lash studios in Vancouver typically charge $120 – $200 for a full set — ours is $75 because we're training the next generation of lash artists with real client work.
Eyes are sensitive — trust is non-negotiable. At our Abbotsford campus, every lash service is performed by a senior esthetics student who has completed extensive supervised practice on mannequin heads before touching a real client. Instructors review the consultation, approve the curl and length plan, and check application throughout. Many of our students go on to work at high-end lash studios after graduation; ours is where they earn that experience.

I have been attending for facials, hair removal and they are absolutely wonderful and professional. I would recommend this academy either if you are pursuing a career or just to pamper yourself with their various services offered. I am very happy I decided to go and continue going.
