What is Designer Cut & Style?
The Designer Cut & Style is the cornerstone service of any salon — shampoo, precision cut, blow-out, and hot-tool finishing all in one appointment. Your stylist will consult with you on face shape, hair texture, and how you actually style your hair at home (the cut is only as good as your ability to recreate it). Then a full sectioned cut, full blow-out, and finishing with curls or smooth styling as you prefer. About 45 to 60 minutes start to finish.

In Japan, a professional precision cut can take a full 2 hours and cost over $500 — the artisanal "scissor sensei" approach treats hair-cutting like sword-craft. Western salons typically run 45-60 minutes for the same service at $60-120. The technique gap is real, but the gap in client value isn't — what matters is whether your stylist understands your hair. Ours train relentlessly on technique and our instructors don't let work leave the chair until the line is clean and even on both sides.

I've reviewed Legends Academy in the past and I'm doing it again today. My service this week was exceptional. The student did a wonderful facial and scalp massage. It was so good that I fell asleep! The students are taught to the highest standards and the instructors are top notch! This is a well managed school and if you haven't tried one of their services, what are you waiting for?
